Oakland Audiology accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Aetna, Humana, Medicare and insurance from a number of other commercial companies.
If insurance does not cover the cost of visits or hearing instruments, the responsibility for payment of fees belongs to the patient at the time of service.
Payment Options
Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit®. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card specifically designed to pay for hearing aids that are not covered by insurance. CareCredit provides a revolving credit line to cover items such as deductibles and co-payments, in addition to treatment. It offers a number of low minimum monthly payment plans, including six months same as cash. We can provide more details on CareCredit as well as an application form.
Michigan Rehabilitation Services
If a hearing loss is interfering with your ability to obtain employment or to work at your present job, contact Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS). If assistive listening equipment is required to adequately perform your job, MRS may provide funding. Find the MRS office near you by calling (800) 605–6722 voice or (888) 605–6722 TTY.
